How do engagements typically start?

A short intake call to understand the product and constraints, followed by a written scoping doc covering approach, milestones, and budget. Only after both sides agree do we start building.

What does a fractional CTO engagement look like?

Monthly, cancelable. Typically a weekly working session plus async architecture and hiring support. The scope is written down at the start so both sides know what to expect.

Do we own the code and systems you build?

Yes. Code, infrastructure, and data are yours. We hand off documentation and help your team take over maintenance whenever you want.

What tech stack do you use?

Next.js and React for web, React Native with Expo for mobile, TypeScript end-to-end, Tailwind for styling, and Vercel for hosting. AI features use modern LLMs, RAG, and the Vercel AI Gateway where provider failover matters.
